~ Deposit monthly regime or rental fees into regime or owners bank accounts.
~ Process and provide Form 1099-Misc/Form 1096 at year end to qualified vendors.
~ Conduct yearly meetings as necessary; take minutes and provide owners with copy.
~ Schedule and hire contractor to do repairs and or preventive maintenance work on your property.
~ Follow-up on maintenance work as needed.
~ Communicate with maintenance crews and other vendors.
~ Represent you at court eviction proceedings, if necessary.
